At times, Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa likes to take photos and videos of the pets in our care. They are used to show the different types of haircuts, demonstrate our services, and show how we interact with the dogs in the Resort.
The photos and videos may be used on our website, various social media outlets, and for advertising purposes.
We would appreciate your permission to use photos and videos of your pets.

VETERINARIAN INFORMATION

Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa requires that all pets be current on vaccinations before they will be allowed in the Resort or Spa. Vaccinations must be administered a minimum of 7 days prior to the drop-off date for a Resort stay or Spa appointment. If your pet(s) have received updated vaccinations since their last visit, please provide the veterinarian or clinic name and phone number, so that the vaccinations can be verified prior to your arrival, avoiding any inconvenience. Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa has made changes to our vaccination requirements. For more information regarding the required vaccinations, please click HERE.

TWIN LAKES PET RESORT & SPA POLICIES

~ If you know your pet has fleas: Please do NOT bring it into the Resort or Spa until you have permission. Do NOT allow your pet to walk out in the grassy area. This is to prevent other pets from becoming invested with fleas. ~ If we find fleas on your pet: We must treat it immediately in order to prevent other pets from becoming invested. We will attempt to contact you, however the pet MUST be treated. NO EXCEPTIONS! ~ A Flea Treatment: A flea treatment consists of administering a Capstar® pill and bathing in a natural flea shampoo containing citronella oil, lemon grass oil, cedar oil, clove oil, and peppermint oil. We also provide an application of Frontline Gold®, which lasts 30 days.  The price of a flea treatment is an additional charge to the price of a bath or groom. View Resort Prices You are responsible for all charges incurred during your pet’s stay at the Resort at the time of pick-up. ~ Spa Pricing: Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa does not post a list of Spa service prices. Any price quoted is an estimate only and subject to change. There are several factors that may affect the price of a bath or groom service, including but not limited to: ~ Breed ~ Age ~ Coat condition ~ Difficulty of requested services ~ Pet’s behavior

Drop-off: ~ Dogs must be dropped off before 6:00pm. If you are running late, please call the Resort. If you are dropping off on a Sunday or holiday, please drop off at the time you have specified. ~ Your pet must be on a leash or under your control when entering the Resort. Temporary leashes are available. ~ Please allow your pet to potty before you enter the Resort. There is a grassy area and temporary leashes are available. Pick-up: ~ Dogs must be picked up before 6:00pm. If you are running late, please call the Resort. ~ If you are picking up on a Sunday or holiday, please pick up at the time you have specified. Additional Charges: ~ You are responsible for any additional charge incurred during your dog’s stay. These include vet bills, flea treatments, and any damage your dog may have caused.

Drop-off: ~ Please be on time. If you are going to be late, please call the Spa. ~ Your pet must be on a leash or under your control when entering the Spa. Temporary leashes are available. ~ Please allow your pet to potty before you enter the Spa. There is a grassy area and temporary leashes are available. Pick-up: ~ We ask that pet’s are picked up within 90 minutes of the call, text, or email confirming that their Spa services are complete. ~ Pet’s that are not picked up within 90 minutes will be moved to a Day Boarding suite, given a potty break and water. *You will be charged an additional $10. ~ If you have not received confirmation that your pet is ready, please do not come into the Spa. If your pet is still being groomed, they could injure themselves trying to get to you. Also, seeing you may also make it impossible to finish their services safely.

By signing below, you, the pet parent, authorizes Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa to seek medical treatment for the above pet(s) in the case of a medical emergency. We will attempt to contact you and emergency contact, however if you can not be reached, we will have them examined by one of the doctors at Twin Lakes Pet & Bird Clinic.

Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa requires a $50 deposit per suite to book a Resort stay. The deposit is applied to your balance. This deposit can be made by: ~ Cash, check, or credit card IN PERSON at the Resort during regular business hours. ~ Credit card over the PHONE during regular business hours. ~ PAYPAL – A link is provided on your confirmation page.
