VACCINATIONS REQUIRED:
I understand that before a Resort Stay reservation will be booked for my pet, their vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis, & Bordetella) must be verified as current by Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa. In order to be current, vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian a minimum of 7 days prior to the requested drop-off date of the Resort Stay. If your pet has a medical reason that it can not be vaccinated, this must still be verified through your veterinarian. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
I understand that a $50 deposit is required before a Resort Stay reservation will be booked for my pet. You may pay this using PayPal, by a credit card over the phone or in person, or by check/cash in person. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 24 prior to drop-off, with the exception of the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and Spring Break.
