We know that you don’t want to be separated from your pet any longer than necessary, therefore, we offer after hours drop-off and pick-up on Sundays and holidays. ($20 charge).
Our Sunday and holiday care visit times may vary depending on the number of pets at the Resort and their needs.
Approximate times are:
8:30a-9:30a and 3:30p-5:30p
If your pick-up or drop-off time changes from the original reservation, please call the Resort at
972-347-6900.
If you have an emergency and need to drop-off or pick-up as soon as possible, please fill out a Contact Us form.
