VETERINARIAN INFORMATION
Please list the name of the veterinarian or clinic where your pet's vaccinations were administered. Vaccinations must be verified before your pet will be allowed to stay. Your pet's vaccinations must be administered a minimum of 7 days prior to their Resort Stay drop-off date.
Required vaccinations for dogs are Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).

RESORT STAY INFORMATION
If you would like to see the suites, we invite you to stop by the Resort anytime during regular business hours to take a tour. You may also see photos by clicking HERE (Clicking link will open a new page.). All suites are 5'x4'. Dogs receive the same level of care regardless of the type of suite they stay in.

RESORT STAY DEPOSIT
Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa requires a $50 per suite deposit in order to secure a reservation. The deposit is deducted from your total at checkout. Deposits are refundable if reservations are cancelled a minimum of 48 hours before drop off. However, deposits are NON_REFUNDABLE for holidays such as Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years.

RE: Medical TreatmentIf your dog gets ill or injured during its stay, we will try to contact you before our veterinarians examine and diagnose them. Diagnosis will require a basic exam at a cost of $60. It may also require testing of your dog's fecal sample or blood specimen. Our veterinarians will provide the owner/caretaker with a cost estimate before treatment. In the event of a medical emergency, our veterinarians will provide basic supportive measures (IV fluids, oxygen, etc) while attempting to contact you.
Overnight Staffing / Sprinkler System:Please be aware that our facility is NOT staffed overnight between 6:30p- 7:30a. Also, this facility does NOT have a fire suppression system (sprinkler system).
