Frequently Asked Questions

We require Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis for dogs, and Rabies and Feline Distemper for cats. These must be administered a minimum of 7 days before we can perform any service. If your pet cannot receive any of these vaccinations anymore, we require a letter from your vet on why they can't.

Unfortunately we are not equipped to handle daycare yet, but we do day boarding.  Day Boarding is $15/dog for a half day (4 hours so less) and $25/dog for a full day. 

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a forfeited deposit.

No, our last walk is about 6:30pm and we come back in about 7:00am.

At this time, our Resort is for DOGS ONLY. If you need boarding for a cat or exotic pet, please contact Twin Lakes Pet & Bird Clinic at 972-347-9799.
