Frequently Asked Questions

We require Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis for dogs, and Rabies and Feline Distemper for cats. These must be administered a minimum of 7 days before we can perform any service. If your pet cannot receive any of these vaccinations anymore, we require a letter from your vet on why they can't.

We give you an estimate, but it's subject to change based off of temperament, coat condition, and more. 

That's okay! We ask that you pick them up within 90 minutes after we text, email, or call you. If it's after 90 minutes, we charge a $15 day boarding fee.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a forfeit of deposit. As well as 2 or more same day cancellations or no shows may incur you to prepay for future appointments.
